Orders and Shipping

Deliveries are typically made from Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm.

Bank Holidays are excluded from the delivery schedule.

For all deliveries, the date and time will be agreed upon with the customer in advance. This allows customers to coordinate the delivery to suit their availability.

Handmade bedframes may take between 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered. The specific delivery time depends on the selected model and the delivery postcode.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture they’ve ordered will fit into their home.

It’s crucial to carefully measure the space where the furniture will be placed and consider the path the delivery team will take to deliver it.

If there are any concerns regarding tight corners, narrow staircases, doorways, or other access-related issues, customers can contact your team at contact@amaupholstery.co.uk for assistance.

Orders will be scheduled for delivery once they have been confirmed with the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items we sell are made-to-order, meaning they are customized to each customer’s specifications. This uniqueness ensures that each piece is tailored to the customer’s preferences.

Generally, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items unless there are issues such as a faulty product or incorrect delivery.

If a customer believes their ordered items are faulty or incorrect, they should contact our team at contact@amaupholstery.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request customers to send photos of any areas of damage or imperfection to help determine the appropriate course of action.

In cases where a return is warranted, we will arrange a collection that aligns with our current delivery schedule.

Customers are not required to disassemble the product for the collection.

We request that the unwanted item remains in the condition it was received.

Customers who are eligible for a refund will have their refunds processed either immediately or once the returned goods arrive back at our warehouse

All refunds are issued back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. This ensures a seamless refund process for your customers.

Customers should allow up to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in their account.
